Mr. Esan Nadarajah

Resident Assistant Tembusu College National University of Singapore

Esan is a second year Business Administration undergraduate with a second major in Communications New Media (CNM). Unfortunately, numbers and math in general are Esan’s kryptonite, making his life as a Biz student a rather turbulent experience.

Prior to joining the Residential Team, Esan was a member of the Gaja House Committee (#GajaGang) and the CSC Sports Subcommittee (#Teambusu) As the captain of the Football IG, Esan hopes that it’s coming home this ICG! He is also a proud member of the Dodgeball IG.

In his free time, Esan dabbles in the arts scene a fair bit. He is always up for theatre works and plays as well as musicals. Music and Netflix are two things he cannot live without (Please share any new music or shows that you love with him). Esan has found a new interest in F45 and HIIT workouts too.

Esan is an approachable face around Tembusu who is always down for a good chat and friendly banter. He enjoys cracking open a cold one with the boys.

The Tembusu (Fagraea fragrans) is a large evergreen tree in the family Gentianaceae. It is native to Southeast Asia. Its trunk is dark brown, with deeply fissured bark, looking somewhat like a bittergourd. It grows in an irregular shape from 10 to 25m high. Its leaves are light green and oval in shape. Its yellowish flowers have a distinct fragrance and the fruits of the tree are bitter tasting red berries, which are eaten by birds and fruit bats.
