Mr Judd Siow Rui Bin
Prof Kishore Mahbubani is a former President of the United Nations Security Council, as well as the Founding Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Professor in the Practice of Public Policy, and a Distinguished Fellow at the Asia Research Institute, NUS. He received the Foreign Policy Association Medal in New York (2004), where he was described as “a gifted diplomat, a student of history and philosophy, a provocative writer and an intuitive thinker.” Among Prof Mahbubani’s many accolades, he has been listed among the top 100 public intellectuals in the world (Foreign Policy and Prospect magazines, 2005), the Top 50 individuals who would shape the debate on the future of capitalism (Financial Times, 2009), and the top 50 world thinkers (Prospect magazine, 2014). In 2019, he was elected to the prestigious American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
