The Tembusu (Fagraea fragrans) is a large evergreen tree in the family Gentianaceae. It is native to Southeast Asia. Its trunk is dark brown, with deeply fissured bark, looking somewhat like a bittergourd. It grows in an irregular shape from 10 to 25m high. Its leaves are light green and oval in shape. Its yellowish flowers have a distinct fragrance and the fruits of the tree are bitter tasting red berries, which are eaten by birds and fruit bats. Source: Tembusu, Wikipedia

Quan is a 4th year CS student from Vietnam. He also minors in Interactive Media Development. He has stayed in Tembusu since year 1, and was involved in Ponya house committee. He was in charge of publicity matters and helped organize various house events. He also co organized a Vietnamese spring roll workshop during TTAB. 

Quan loves music, cooking, and exercising! You can always jio him for a gym session or talk about music, Vietnamese culture, Anime or archery over a meal or cup of coffee. Quan also loves meeting new people and learning new languages! He’s been picking up Spanish and Chinese in his free time. He’s also recently started getting into horror films and series, so don’t hesitate to jio him for a movie or watch party anytime!

Generally, Quan likes to nap, snack, binge the latest Netflix series, and gym. He also loves listeninf to you sharing about basically anything you’d like. He believes that everyone’s experience is unique and enjoys unpacking ideas and experiences with them.
