The Tembusu (Fagraea fragrans) is a large evergreen tree in the family Gentianaceae. It is native to Southeast Asia. Its trunk is dark brown, with deeply fissured bark, looking somewhat like a bittergourd. It grows in an irregular shape from 10 to 25m high. Its leaves are light green and oval in shape. Its yellowish flowers have a distinct fragrance and the fruits of the tree are bitter tasting red berries, which are eaten by birds and fruit bats. Source: Tembusu, Wikipedia

Ryan is a fourth-year undergraduate majoring in Communications & New Media with a second major in Management. He has a keen interest in Marketing and intends to venture into the industry moving forward.

Ryan also has a diverse range of interests from being an avid foodie and coffee lover to sports such as tchoukball and golf. 

With this being his last year in Tembusu, Ryan hopes to give back to his residents, by helping them enjoy the college as he has. So don’t let his serious expressions fool you, as he is always ready and open for a chat.
