Sherwin is a fourth-year undergraduate pursuing a double major in Business Administration and Psychology (preferring the latter over the former). He finds great satisfaction in making those around him smile – be it through deep conversations, stress-relieving activities, or friendly banter – all of which have been motivations for his involvement in the Ora House Committee, as well as interest groups like LoveTembusu and tMentors.

Outside of lectures, Sherwin can be found listening to all kinds of music – be it indie folk, jazz, Chinese classical music (from his time in Chinese Orchestra), or whatever comes up on his Spotify shuffle. His growing love for brewing coffee often finds him at morning sessions with Tembusu Coffeehouse. If he has the energy to spare, he can be found dashing around in tShuttlers, or having midnight runs around UTown. Eager to see more of the world, Sherwin is always up for a fun getaway – especially if it involves nature and a bit of adventure!

Having made lifelong friends and plenty of serotonin-inducing memories throughout his three and a half years at Tembusu College, Sherwin hopes to spend his last semester in the college helping others create similar treasurable experiences through the Residential Team. He understands the ups and downs of university life – that sometimes things may or may not be as smooth-sailing as others say – and is always happy to lend a listening ear or to simply be around.
