Jia Yan, is a Y3 studying law. In her past two years in Tembusu, she’s tried a variety of things: in her first year, she had the opportunity to write and direct a play herself. She also played bass in numerous performances: Teeny Tables, Arts Week, Halloween… and in the midst of it, met very talented musicians, whom she formed a band with (called “Nugs Not Drugs”). This also gave her the chance to perform for Supernova.

In her free time, she likes writing creatively, as a form of expression and to keep herself observant and curious. She is glad to be able to stay on and hope that everyone will be able to share the meaningful experiences she has had.
